How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. For handcrafted or custom-made items, lead times may extend to 4-6 weeks. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
Do you offer White Glove delivery and assembly?
Yes, we offer premium White Glove delivery for an additional fee. This includes room-of-choice placement, full assembly of your furniture, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in original condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
How do I care for my solid wood furniture?
To maintain the beauty of your pieces, dust regularly with a soft cloth and avoid direct sunlight or heat sources. We recommend applying a wood conditioner every 6-12 months to prevent drying or cracking.
Do you provide a warranty on your products?
All Woods furniture comes with a 5-year limited warranty covering structural defects and craftsmanship. This ensures your investment is protected against manufacturing issues under normal residential use.
